What I love about this set
First of all, this set is gorgeous, and looks very professional. The pots feel like quality material - heavy and durable. Since I do a lot of cooking, I didn't want to have to buy a new set anytime soon when the old set wore out. It doesn't look like this will be a problem with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro 12-piece Set - it looks like a set that is designed to last for years and years.
The handles stay cool whenever I use the pots and a big plus for me is that the pieces can all be used in the oven. The pans and pots seem to heat evenly whenever I use them, although I've found it does take a little while for them to heat up at times.
Even though the set isn't non-stick, I really haven't had any trouble cleaning them.The parts are all dishwasher safe, although I've stuck to washing them by hand, for the most part.
What could be improved
Not too much really! The only issue I had was getting used to stainless steel vs. nonstick interiors. The stainless isn't non-stick and, at first, I thought it would be more difficult to clean. When I ran into a problem with cleaning one of them, I used a product I saw recommended on another review - Bar Keeper's Helper. It did the trick - and I haven't had any problems with cleaning stuck on or burned on food since.
